秋の収穫祭～くり～
9月の終わりに、弊社の焼却炉の周りでたくさんの栗の実を拾いをしました。
今年は、昨年より実りが良いようです。
毎年毎年、大変な思いをして剥いていたので、今回は、ネット検索して栗の皮の簡単な剥き方を調べました。
《茹でて冷凍してから剥く》やり方が、私にはビンゴてした❣
なんと、今までで一番楽な剥き方だったのです。
おかげさまで、美味しい栗おこわを作ることができました。
駒岡の秋を満喫しました!!
